Now I Have The Machine How Do I Use It?

CRATHCO 3311 (Single Cylinder Stainless Steel)

1. Ensure the machine is plugged in to a 15 amp dedicated fuse - NO EXTENSION CORDS!

2. Mix all Contents in Mixing Jug Provided (see web site for recipes)

3. Pour contents into top of machine The contents will flow down to the clear cylinder which is the only part that freezes - the top bin will not freeze.

4. Ensure toggle switch on front of machine is "ON" (NOT Clean!)

5. Product should freeze within 30 minutes

6. At end of the party simply drain the remaining product and unplug the machine

FABY 2 (Dual Bowl Machine)

1. Ensure the machine is plugged in to a 15 amp dedicated fuse - NO EXTENSION CORDS - This machine does not work well in direct sunlight.

2. Mix all Contents in Mixing Jug Provided (see web site for recipes)

3. Fill each side to "Max" Level - DO NOT OVERFILL

4. Ensure all switches on side are "ON" (fully up position)

5. Should freeze within 1-hour.

6. Not Freezing?: Turn white knob on back of machine towards "+"

7 Over Freezing?: Turn white knob on back of machine towards "-"

Electricity – Dedicated 15 amps – Should Be Within 6 Feet Of A Plug – (15 amp extension cords, $10 rental if needed) No Household Extension Cords!

When Will The Machine Be Delivered/Picked Up?

Delivery Time Is Up To You. As A General Rule We Will Pick Up The Machine The Next Day At A Mutually Agreeable Time.
Please Note: A $50 Fee Will Be Charged If Someone Is Not Present When We Deliver or Pickup. If You Need To Change Times Call At Least 2-Hours Prior To Time And No Charge Will Be Assessed

Can Either Machine Be Used Outside In The Heat?

The Crathco 3311s (Fully Enclosed, Single Bowl) Work GREAT Inside Or Out! The Dual Bowl Machines Should Only Be Used On The Inside For Best Results
